Our son-in-law, Grant, emailed you to get the process started. You met with Patty and Grant Memorial Day weekend, 2013. You didn't have much to go on, yet you showed up so prepared. You brought a folder with introductory information to you and your reality company, along with several potential properties. It was an exploratory weekend and yet you approached it like you had the sale in hand.

We called you from Michigan early July to ask if you could make yourself available for a week. Patty and I were going to come to California and give the week to explore the area and find a home to buy. You met with us every day and showed us over 30 homes and then we revisited the 3 we liked the most and fit our needs the best. We found our home in Bermuda Dunes. We went back to Michigan with the sale initiated and you walked us through the entire process long distance.
